Early detection can significantly improve the chances of curing many forms of cancer. At NKDCF, we work extensively to spread awareness that can help save lives.

NKDCF reaches communities across the villages and cities, slum areas and housing societies—dedicated to educating people about cancer prevention.

We promote the importance of a healthy lifestyle and emphasize how crucial early detection is. When cancer is identified at an early stage, the prognosis is often far more favorable.

To date, we have conducted over 250 awareness and screening camps across Mumbai in places of worship, offices, housing societies, slum communities, and colleges. Our efforts also extend to rural regions in Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, and Gujarat.

We have also collaborated with various government departments and political organizations to conduct cancer awareness and screening camps, including programs for staff and their families at the Income Tax Office, State Bank of India, as well as initiatives organized with Shiv Sena Shakhas and the BJP.  In recent past we conducted Screening Camp at the Arthur Road Jail.

Our primary focus is on early detection of breast cancer. Screening is carried out using a unique device called the iBreastExam (IBE)—a completely safe, non-invasive procedure approved by the US FDA.
