I am registered under UNESCO–CID and am a Certified Arts-Based Therapist, Lay Counselor, SEL Coach, Certified Palliative Volunteer, and Certified Global Arts in Medicine Fellow.
As a practitioner, I facilitate therapeutic expression as a powerful outlet to channel difficult emotions, enable intentional conversations, and support individuals in managing stress and anxiety. My approach focuses on maintaining inner balance, building self-esteem, and empowering individuals to live meaningful lives with dignity.
I strongly advocate for preventive mental health and follow a comprehensive, evidence-based therapeutic approach to well-being, encompassing assessment, intervention, and evaluation. I guide individuals in exploring possibilities and developing resilience while navigating life’s challenges.
My extensive experience includes working with diverse populations such as cancer patients, caregivers, the geriatric community, children and adolescents, women, and individuals with varied needs.
My work is driven by passion and purpose to create meaningful impact and transformation through therapeutic art, using creative expression as a tool for emotional regulation and holistic wellness.
